Client and Corporate Requirements

• samples:  Clients are allowed 1 free sample.  Additional samples must be paid.
• Full Payments must be received to start any projects or orders, and will be added to our  Production calendar.
  
• Orders will ship in 2-3 business days, depending on the quantity or volume.
• We may request for your high resolution images in JPEG file format at least [300 dpi].
• Corporate logos, favorite photos are accepted to create, design custom made bagtags for any company promotions, giveaways, party favors, gift bags or swag bags.
• All information is designed directly onto our high quality material for outstanding clarity and durability.
• We can create, design any logo or photograph that is in JPEG format only. You must send this via email.

Return Policy:

In the case of BagTags USA error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer a complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout).  We require that  you please return the orders in its original form and packaging.  BagTags do not offer refunds.

On-Site and Private Parties or Corporate Events:

We will bring our equipment and supplies to the site or venue, subject to a guaranteed minimum quantity and fee.  Client must provide tables/chairs with floor length table cloth and access to an electrical outlet.For any private parties or corporate events, contact us by email to further discuss your event, logo and design.
